Petter Westgaard
Originally from Narvik in Northern Norway, Petter now calls the Western part of the country his home, where he is surrounded by breathtaking mountains, deep valleys, and endless opportunities for skiing and hiking. With a Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Activities and Nature Guiding, as well as certification as a ski guide and kayak instructor, Petter is a highly experienced outdoor professional. He is also in the final stage of his IFMGA/IVBV certification, with thousands of days of experience in the wilderness under his belt.
Throughout his travels to Japan, Canada, and the Alps, Petter has explored the outdoors through skiing, kayaking, glacier tours, climbing tours, and hiking, gaining invaluable knowledge and skills. As a guide, Petter is dedicated to creating a personalized and meaningful experience for his clients. He draws inspiration from the pyramid of experiences in Finland, believing that the ultimate goal of any adventure is to be fully present in the moment.
Petter's top priority as a guide is to provide a safe and enjoyable adventure that allows his clients to disconnect from their daily lives and reconnect with nature.
